Nelly Korda is the sister of American tennis star, Sebastian Korda. But that’s not her sole identity! She has in fact won the LPGA Tour 14 times in her career. Currently, she also holds the top spot in women’s world golf rankings. Nelly Korda recently also secured her sixth LPGA Tour title of the year by winning the Mizuho Americas Open. During a recent viral video clip, Tiger Woods was seen asking the youngster how she planned to take advantage of the wind and what would she do differently.
To this Korda replied, she would love to lean a little bit more back on it and try to get the ball flight a little higher. Then Woods asked her if she’d move the ball up in the stance a little bit. Nelly Korda said she would do that a little bit. But she told Woods that she starts to lose it a little bit right when she tries to do it.
After that, both of them were caught in a light-hearted moment. And Alexis Ohanian couldn’t stop himself from sharing that moment on his X account. He wrote, “More sports content needs to be casual banter like this between superstars, talking shop, just vibes and insider energy,” in the captions.

Recently, the official X handle of Los Angeles Golf Club (Alexis Ohanian’s club in the league) put up a post regarding the TGL Golf League.
They wrote, “Exciting news in the golf world! We are officially 8 months out from the start of our season. The TGL Golf League is set to officially start on January 7th, 2025. Featuring stars like Tiger Woods and our very own Collin Morikawa, alongside Sahith Theegala, Tommy Fleetwood, and Justin Rose. Who’s ready to tee off?” Serena Williams’ golf-obsessed husband wasted no time in expressing his excitement surrounding this news in the comment box.
He was even spotted showcasing a similar excitement earlier this month when Nelly Korda was all set to become the first women’s golfer to claim six consecutive victories. He shared a post on his X handle and wrote “All eyes on @NellyKorda chasing history,” in the caption.
